Just copy and paste the content of the archive into the game's main directory. Now you will have fully functional hostages who behave like the CSCZ ones. The archive includes bot files as well as radio chat and all the necessary sounds for hostages. The hostages will now react to shooting and grenades as well as be able to (sometimes) climb ladders and follow you through vents.
