Beware that the city is under close surveillance by the Counter-Terrorist Forces, creating a leak, possibly necessary to restore cash. Plan B involves bombing a nearby cafe, distracting the opposition and their resources. COUNTER-TERRORIST: Your mission is to protect the city from Al-Gaydah. Beware, they are desperate and can try anything. You are armed to fight them, shoot to kill, and ask questions later.
